2. The Service Help Me Marvin provides AI-powered voice and chat concierge services, lead management, appointment booking, and managed advertising services.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance.
Starter: $197/month
Growth: $1,970/month
Scale: $19,700/month
You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically.
You may cancel anytime, but no refunds are provided for partial months.
4. Media Buy & Advertising Managed ad spend is included in your monthly fee. You grant us full authority to create and manage advertising campaigns on your behalf using approved platforms. You are responsible for ensuring all ad content complies with applicable laws.
5. AI Limitations & No Guarantees The AI Concierge is a sophisticated tool but is not infallible. We do not guarantee specific results, number of leads, or bookings. You assume all risk related to reliance on the Service.
6. Data Ownership & License You retain ownership of your business data. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
7. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any conduct that we reasonably believe may harm our reputation or the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
